      <description><![CDATA[Atlas Resource Partners LP said Thursday it will acquire assets in the Barnett Shale from Titan Operating LLC. The 250 billion cubic feet equivalent of proved reserves in the Texas natural gas play will cost Atlas Resource Partners $184 million in stock and close by July. Included are 43 wells and 16,000 net acres, 84 percent natural gas. This is Atlas Resource Partners' second acquisition in the Barnett Shale in two months, the company said.]]></description>
